How to Cancel Your Archsynth Subscription (and Get a Refund)

Published · Verified against the official product

Cancelling Archsynth takes about two minutes and is fully self-serve: open your account’s billing settings, choose cancel, and confirm. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, and if you subscribed within the last 7 days you can request a full refund under the money-back guarantee instead. Here is the clean exit, step by step — including what happens to your renders.

Cancel the subscription

  1. Log in to the Archsynth web app.
  2. Open your account / billing settings (avatar menu).
  3. Select Manage subscription — billing runs through Stripe, so you’ll see the standard subscription portal.
  4. Choose Cancel subscription and confirm.
  5. Keep the confirmation email; it states the date your access ends.

Cancellation stops the next charge. You keep plan access — and your remaining monthly credits — until the current billing period ends. Unused credits do not refund as cash and do not carry into a reactivated plan later.

Request a refund (within 7 days)

Every paid plan carries a 7-day money-back guarantee from the purchase date:

  1. Cancel first (steps above) so no further charge lands mid-process.
  2. Contact support from inside the app (or reply to your purchase receipt) and state you’re requesting the 7-day money-back guarantee.
  3. Refunds return to the original payment method; Stripe processing typically shows within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

Past the 7-day window, refunds are discretionary — annual subscribers with many unused months are the usual exception worth asking about politely.

Before you go: save your work

  • Download your renders. Generated images belong to you under the commercial license, but don’t rely on indefinite hosting after the account lapses.
  • Export 3D/CAD conversions you might reuse — re-generating them later costs fresh credits.
  • Note your best prompts. They’re not stored anywhere else.

Cheaper alternatives to a full exit

If cost is the issue rather than the tool: dropping from Premium to Pro keeps all 16 features with a smaller credit pool, and annual billing locks a lower rate against list prices — the current numbers and exact math live on the pricing page. Seasonal users commonly cancel between projects and resubscribe for crunch months; nothing about the account is lost in between.

If something goes wrong

Charged after cancelling, or the portal won’t load? That’s a support case, not a settings problem — contact official support with your confirmation email attached. For product questions beyond billing, start with the FAQ or the getting-started guide.
